A one-day co-production training session developed by Ruth Dineen and myself, that we have honed by delivering it (many times!) for various organisations all over Wales. It can be adapted to fit different sectors, audiences and timescales, and contains a mix of theory, policy context, and practical tools demonstrated through group exercises. Demand for these sessions is growing and we’re often already booked so we want more people to be able to deliver this, whether as a standalone or as part of other pieces of work.

In this “train the trainer” day I will pass on our materials (slides and flipchart models) and experience of running these sessions, as well as insights on how to adapt them to various contexts.

  • > co-production, what it is and isn’t
  • > policy and legislative context
  • > impact and benefits, case studies
  • > appreciative approaches, asset mapping
  • > application to real life cases

This is for: trainers and consultants already working in related areas of public services, for e.g. communities, housing, etc – who want to add a co-production string to their bow. This is also for co-production champions within organisations who will be spreading co-production knowledge and best practice through their teams.

Cost: £120 (invoices will be raised on booking)
